It's nice to meet you. I am a comedian, motivational speaker, author, storyteller, coach, performer - my list of titles changes as much as my hair color. But more than anything else, I am a Christian - hopelessly, helplessly, head-over-heels in love with Jesus Christ - my creator, my identity, my hope, my salvation, the cause for my joy, the reason for my peace, the love of my life, and the light to my path. He is my true charming prince and every day I strive to grow closer in my relationship with Him. And if you're reading this, then He is using me to shine His light - to get to you. For He loves you with a passion you will never find here on earth - and He yearns for a closer walk with you. Without Him, you will always be broken - you will always be lonely and without full peace.

Whether you watch my clips, hear my stories, laugh at my jokes, or have me come speak to your group, it is my prayer that I am simply a vessel for His word and His hope to pass through me to you.  If you ever want to talk about this amazing relationship I have - please know that my door is open, my phone line is available, and my email awaits you.  If you don't know Him, please don't wait until it's too late. Christian Motivational Speaker, Comedian, Storyteller, and Entertainer...Her wacky cast of southern characters have tickled the funny bones and charmed the hearts of hundreds of churches, retreats, conferences, festivals, and Christian functions along the east coast  – from revivals to women’s retreats, to sanctuaries to Bible studies, to fundraisers and fellowship halls. She is an award-winning author and storyteller, with two books, a DVD, and several CD’s which have won awards from the National Association of Parenting Publications and the Film Advisory Board of Hollywood for quality family entertainment. She has been published in Brio Magazine, and Speaker Magazine, as well as over thirty-five articles published online. She hosted her own weekly Christian radio show, Coming Back to Cedar Grove, on WPET 950 am, filled with stories, comedy, and inspiring messages of faith. Her original play, It’s all fun and games ’til the hair gets messed up, was featured at a Baptist revival in North Carolina. Our State Magazine featured her as one of North Carolina’s funniest women. She has performed for Holland America Cruise Lines, at the National Storytelling Festival, and at the Cove. She was a featured artist at the Best of Our State Festival and was the opening act for Loretta Lynn. She continues to delight and inspire through her online weekly column, Staying on the funny side…But she provides more than comedy, for each sidesplitting show includes a heartwarming message about life and hanging on to your faith in a changing world.
